This independent mixed dental practice are seeking a Locum Dental Associate to start on 1st April 2019
This role is to ideally work full time 5 days per week, however they can consider somebody to work 3 days per week.
Ideal working days will be Monday - Friday. If candidates were looking for 3 days per week, the days are to be negotiated with the practice at interview stage.
Surgery opening hours are as follows:
Monday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
Tuesday- 8:30am - 5:30pm
Wednesday- 8:30am - 5:30pm
Thursday- 8:30am - 5:30pm
Friday- 8:30am - 3:30pm
Lunch will be for 1 hour each day except for Fridays. Lunch on Fridays will be for 30 minutes.
This is a 7 surgery dental practice which is fully equipped and computerised using Exact dental software.
Digital X-rays also available on site.
The practice are looking to either pay a day rate or per UDA. This is negotiable and they can be flexible. The practice would like to discuss this further at interview stage. If candidates were looking for a day rate, there would be a UDA target in place. This would depend on the day rate amount.
Lab bills are also negotiable with the practice.
The practice have confirmed this role will be on-going for around 6 months. There is also a view for a permanent role if everything was going well.
The successful candidate will be working on the NHS contract only, no private work available at this stage.
No car parking on site for staff, there is a car park on site, however this is for patients use only. The practice are based in the town centre so there is plenty of car parking around the area. Ipswich train station is also a 20 minute walk away from the practice.
In order to apply, candidates must be fully qualified and GDC registered with an active performer number and at least 1-2 years UK experience. Candidates will also need to have the following documents in place to send over at application stage:
GDC Certificate
Indemnity Certificate
CRB/DBS Certificate
Hep B Immunisations
2 forms of ID
2 References/referee details
Any other supporting documents/certificates
