A new opportunity has become available for a Dental Receptionist to join a well established, mixed practice located in Aylesford, Kent.
Start date - As soon as possible.
This practice pride themselves in running a family orientated practice with long-standing members of staff.
The role is to work full time, Monday - Friday.
Working hours will be 8am - 5:30pm each day with 1 hour for lunch.
The surgery has been established for over 10 years and provides general dentistry to the local population. They are fully equipped and computerised using Digital Radiography.
The team compromises head nurses, a practice manager and a clinical director who oversees all operations, so all team members are well supported in their roles.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Greet and liaise with patients and provide great customer service
- Answer enquiries in person, by phone and in writing in a professional manor
- Maintain patient records by using computerised booking system
- Monitor appointment book to maximise available appointment time
- Ensure patients receive all necessary paper work and all forms are signed and dated correctly
- Provide administration support to the practice care manager
- Promote a professional image of the company at all times
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Take receipt of all monies
- Monitor and order stationary
-Sort and distribute post
Salary is dependent on experience and to be discussed further at interview stage, this will be between £12-14 per hour
