PRACTICE MANAGER REQUIRED IN READING
A fantastic opportunity has become available to a practice manager to join this fully private practice in Reading.
To start - End of September - can consider all notice periods
To work 5 days per week, can be flexible on start and finish time to work around commitments - 37 - 42 hours per week.
Competitive salary - to be discussed further at interview stage
Woking in a fully private practice currently consisting of 6 surgeries, soon to be expanding to 12, with staff floor and training space, designed by boutique hotel designers creating a UK Flagship practice.
The practice is fully computerised using SOE software, and equipped with Digital Xrays, CBCT, 4 iTero scanners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• General day-to-day running of the practice: rotas, CQC (External company used for support) payroll, recruitment and appraisals.
• Reporting – SOE, finance reports as per the accountants’ instructions.
• Organising and supporting staff development and training.
• Driving the business forward by identifying areas of growth,
• Supporting with HR activities including, but not limited to, new employee on boarding, off boarding, recruitment, meeting and greeting candidates etc.
• General practice support including patient management.
• Leading by example and acting as a role model to the wider team to enable their growth, experience and development in their roles.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2+ years PM – must show experience leading a team and sound understanding of clinical management. Do not need to have nursed but would then need to demonstrate experience leading nurses. The ideal candidate can demonstrate a growth mindset with high standards for patient care and team development, NHS or Private is welcome.
