"Running a dental practice is not an easy thing and so when it came to recruitment i went the old fashioned route and tried out the BDJ and an online dental recruitment group which turned up the applicants who were clearly not right for the roll. Eventually i got fed up on the lack of return for the cost of advertising and instead got in touch with Medicruit. For the life of me i cannot remember why i chose them but i can honestly say i have zero regrets. Initially the cost did seem high but there were three main plus points: 1.
